In this episode, I expand on the first two losses I experienced; my great-grandpa at age 5 and the death of my childhood twin soul, Nicole at age 12. With childhood journal in hand, I share some poetry written in the aftermath of Nicole's death and share what navigating that time was like and what helped me navigate it the most.
