032 - 2019 Intramural Open Playbook

The Open has always been a huge community event for us the last 6 years at CrossFit Palm Beach. Last year, we had over 130 athletes sign up for the CrossFit Games Open and participate in our intramural CFPB Open. This year, we are making a few key changes to our in-house Open. One of the biggest changes is we are only counting the first attempt of each Open workout towards the intramural team score, and are encouraging all of our athletes to do “one and done” this year. This will bring even more fun and excitement to our Friday classes and Friday Night Bar Fights event, and improve the class experience on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday when athletes would normally be retesting the workout.
