As a trauma-informed coach, founder of Decolonize and Rize, and breathwork facilitator, Ariana brings a grounded, gentle, and compassionate approach that supports her clients in their healing and decolonial journeys. Since 2013 she has supported 100s of clients across the globe with transformational change.Ariana is a medicine woman who supports individuals and organizations to come home to their unique medicine and serve in a way that is in deeper alignment with the natural rhythms of nature.
