Send us Fan MailRalph Yarl a black 16-year-old boy, went to pick up his younger twin brothers from a friend's home. He was shot twice after going to the wrong address in Kansas City, Missouri. Andrew Lester, the 85 year old white man who shoot Ralph said he was "scared to death" of Ralph's size. Ralph is 170 pounds and is under 6 feet tall. Regardless of someone's height, size or sex none of that should give anyone the right to shoot someone in the head and then once they are on the ground shoot them in the arm.
