Tyler told Tamera that sitting across from her felt like he was having a “fangirl moment.” 😬Tamera asked Tyler why he chose to represent Warren, Jax and Morgan when there were reportedly 24 other witnesses.She also asked him about the viral video former Officer Tatum put out, where some people claim you can see what appears to be one of Nolan’s hands or leg during the video, which they believe suggests Nolan was still on the boat. Send us Fan MailI’m back with PART 2 of my coverage of former Officer Tatum’s interview with Tamera Nealy, and after watching the FULL interview, I’m laughing even harder. 😂In Part One, I reacted to the preview clip where Tatum appeared to be preparing to come after me for DEFAMATION over statements I’ve made while covering the Nolan Xavier Wells case. But after sitting through the entire interview, I can confidently say this may be one of the most embarrassing interviews I’ve watched from former Officer Tatum.And there is A LOT to unpack.Tamera opens the interview by selling T-shirts within the first few minutes. Why does that matter? Because these same people repeatedly say this is about getting to the bottom of what happened to Nolan Wells, yet somehow merchandise and fundraising continue to find their way into the conversation.Tamera then asks Tatum why Black people are supposedly upset that he went to Horn Island, which completely misses the criticism many of us have actually made.They eventually get into my video about Tatum allegedly being “fired” by Nolan’s former friends, but things get even more interesting when Tatum addresses the Nancy Grace and Johnny Hewitt situation.Tatum actually acknowledges that the Nancy Grace preview clip was misleading and admits that he made a mistake when he interviewed Johnny Hewitt. I’ll give him credit for admitting it. Tatum even says he met with his team afterward and told them they needed to be more careful going forward.Then we get to the MONEY.Tatum criticizes Christine and Elmore Wells and Benjamin Crump over the family’s GoFundMe, arguing that this shouldn’t be about raising money. But there’s a major problem with that argument. Nolan’s former friends have their own GiveSendGo fundraiser that has raised a substantial amount of money.Then comes what I believe may have been a VERY interesting slip while Tatum was discussing Nolan’s autopsy, which the Mississippi DA has said would be sealed.Tatum also appears to confirm something I’ve suspected for a while: there may be trouble in paradise between him and Nancy Grace. During this interview, he describes Nancy as a “sensationalist,” and we’re going to talk about what that could mean.But the BIGGEST moment comes near the end.Former Officer Tatum makes a statement that I believe raises serious questions about his position on what someone should do if they have information relevant to an investigation. His comments appear to suggest that a person should lawyer up, keep their mounth shut rather than simply go speak to police. The videos, the comments, the likes, the people questioning you… clearly somebody is bothered. But let’s remind everybody how this entire back-and-forth started.After my appearance on TMZ, where I challenged Harvey Levin over whether he actually had the metadata connected to the video Tatum released involving Nolan Wells’s three former friends, Tatum and I went back and forth in our DMs.Tatum told me he would get me the metadata.He never did.Then HE asked to come on MY YouTube channel and sit down with me. Send us Fan MailPart 2 of attorney Tyler Cox’s interview with Bob Bianchi may somehow be WORSE than Part 1, if that’s even possible.Tyler Cox, the attorney representing Nolan Wells’ former friends Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, is back for Part 2 of his interview on Bob Bianchi | True Crime, and I have even MORE questions after listening to these explanations.They gave what I believe are ridiculous excuses for why they have not released the pictures and videos they claim could help prove their clients’ innocence. They also attempted to explain why three boats and approximately 30 people would allegedly leave Nolan behind on Horn Island.Then we get to the timeline.According to what was discussed in the interview, they did not realize Nolan was missing until approximately SEVEN HOURS later. I have serious questions about how that makes any sense.But one of the biggest issues for me involves Nolan’s father, Elmore Wonsley, and Nolan’s keys.The version being presented now does not match what Elmore himself has previously said publicly. Elmore said that when he went to retrieve Nolan’s keys, he was initially told they did not know where the keys were. It was only after speaking with a girl who had been at the house that he was told the keys were on top of an Xbox.So why are we now hearing a different version of what happened?Tyler Cox also discussed having approximately 24 witnesses, but there was another moment in this interview that immediately caught my attention. At one point, you can hear Tyler say, “Sorry, could we do that part over?” That raises serious questions for me about how this interview was conducted and whether portions of the conversation or questions were redone.Then comes another contradiction that I cannot ignore.Tyler tells people they need to trust the police, but only minutes later discusses why he does NOT trust the federal government. Tyler Cox, the defense attorney representing Nolan’s former friends Warren Hudson, Morgan Seymour and Jax Pitalo, just sat down for a live, unedited interview, and I believe he revealed some of the most troubling information we’ve heard yet.I’m not saying these boys are guilty, but after hearing this interview, I have serious questions about whether investigators have enough information to establish probable cause for an arrest.Cox addressed why he continues speaking so publicly to the media, something I find unusual for a defense attorney in a case receiving this much attention. But according to the timeline we’ve been following, the boys did not go into the police station for their in-person interviews until July 7. On July 5, their interaction with law enforcement was reportedly by phone.Even interviewer Bob Bianchi appears skeptical and challenges Cox.There are so many red flags in this interview that we need to go through it piece by piece. What did Tyler Cox reveal? Why was he already working for the boys on July 5? Why does his description of the police interviews appear to conflict with the timeline? The jury was sent back to continue deliberating for the remainder of the day, and the day ended with NO VERDICT.That has left a lot of people, including me, wondering whether this case is headed toward a HUNG JURY.In my opinion, that would be a horrible miscarriage of justice. Regardless of whether you believe Lindsay Clancy belongs in prison or in a psychiatric facility, I think we can all agree that Lindsay needs help.Today we’re going to discuss how long the judge could make this jury continue deliberating before ultimately declaring a mistrial.We’re also discussing the reports about jurors wearing pink in the courtroom. I can now confirm that this is not simply an allegation or rumor. Sources I have inside the courtroom have told me directly that they personally saw someone wearing pink.And then there is the biggest question: If there is a hung jury and a mistrial, will the Commonwealth retry Lindsay Clancy?Technically, a mistrial caused by a hung jury does NOT automatically mean Lindsay immediately walks free. The Commonwealth could choose to prosecute the case again, and her custody status would still have to be determined through the legal process.But I personally do not believe the Commonwealth will retry this case if the jury hangs. Posting statements and speaking out is one thing. Actually removing your products, sacrificing distribution and potentially giving up money is something completely different.And if other celebrities and major brands begin following Kaepernick’s lead, companies that find themselves at the center of controversies could face enormous pressure not only from customers, but also from the public figures and business partners associated with them. Those who continue working with companies facing major backlash could find themselves dealing with criticism and pushback from their own audiences.For Target, the timing could not be worse.Target just faced another wave of backlash from the black, brown and minority over a children’s Halloween costume. Target apologized, removed the costume and acknowledged that it should never have been sold.Now, just days later, I’m being told that Colin Kaepernick is taking his books away from Target.Could this be the beginning of a domino effect? What happens if other celebrities, authors and major brands follow? What happens if customers increasingly decide that an apology is no longer enough?I believe we could be watching a major shift in real time.And I’m going to make a prediction: if Target continues losing customers, public figures and business relationships, the damage could become extremely difficult to recover from. Throughout my life as a content creator, I’ve developed an extensive amount of knowledge covering court cases, including going viral during my coverage of the Diddy trial. But beyond my experience covering trials, I also bring an extensive personal background with mental health. I have personally been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and I’ve had the opportunity to speak about mental health on some of the biggest stages in the world.I believe that combination gives me a perspective when covering this case that many content creators may not have.Lindsay Clancy is accused of taking the life of her three young children in January 2023. She was a labor and delivery nurse who had been actively seeking psychiatric treatment before 2023, receiving multiple medications and undergoing treatment at McLean Hospital shortly before the tragedy.Her mental health history has become one of the most important parts of this trial. Her history includes diagnoses or treatment involving severe depression, anxiety, insomnia and postpartum depression. Bipolar disorder had previously been considered, and during the current proceedings a prosecution expert diagnosed her with Bipolar II disorder. At the center of the defense is the argument that Lindsay was suffering from postpartum psychosis and lacked criminal responsibility.Postpartum psychosis is a rare and severe psychiatric condition following childbirth in which someone can lose touch with reality and experience delusions, hallucinations, paranoia, extreme confusion or severely disorganized thinking.I also think it’s important that we actually look at the evidence before reaching conclusions. And when it comes specifically to understanding the postpartum experience, I believe men weighing in on this case should be willing to defer to and listen to women. No man, including myself, can personally experience pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum.Lindsay is facing life in prison without parole. The jury can also consider lesser offenses, including second-degree and manslaughter.This is going to be an incredibly difficult case for a jury. They’re being asked to examine horrific actions while also determining what Lindsay’s mental state actually was at that moment. They will have to weigh her documented mental health challenges, her treatment history, the evidence presented by the prosecution and the defense’s postpartum psychosis argument.This case forces us into an extremely complicated conversation about mental illness, postpartum mental health and criminal responsibility. This is the same sheriff who came out early and said there was no evidence of foul play.Josh then described Christine’s reaction when Nolan’s body was found, saying she was frantic and that they were both on the floor crying for approximately 15 minutes. Why did we need to know that? If Christine wanted the public to know those intimate details about one of the worst moments of her life, she could have shared them herself.Then came the part that really bothered me.Josh described Elmore as “stoic” and quiet. In my opinion, that characterization could leave viewers with the impression that Elmore was somehow cold or reacted differently than Christine. Two parents can process unimaginable grief completely differently, and I question why this comparison was necessary at all.Josh also brought up the coroner reportedly seeing no evidence of foul play. Once again, I believe this interview was attempting to reinforce a specific narrative about what happened to Nolan.BUT there was one part of the interview that immediately caught my attention.Nancy Grace brought in an experienced investigator who said that in the drowning cases he has investigated, when someone drowns in a particular location, that is generally where the person remains. The company pulled the costume and apologized, admitting that it was offensive and should never have been sold. But for many Black consumers, the apology is not enough, especially after Target’s controversial rollback of its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Some organizers are making it clear that their boycott of Target never ended. Now Texas Roadhouse is dealing with a completely different and extremely disturbing controversy.A viral post allegedly connected to a Facebook group claimed that white restaurant servers were intentionally tampering with food belonging to Black customers, including allegedly licking their fingers, touching customers’ food and contaminating rolls. The post specifically named Texas Roadhouse and Logan’s Roadhouse and even alleged that some cooks were involved. Those allegations quickly spread across social media and sparked calls for Black customers to boycott the restaurants. Texas Roadhouse has denied the allegations, called them completely unfounded and says it is investigating the situation, including through a third party. But regardless of where the investigation ultimately leads, the allegations themselves have created enormous outrage and reopened a much bigger conversation about how Black customers are treated when they spend their money.For me personally, I’m done with both companies. Christine Wells-Wonsley, acting on behalf of Nolan’s estate, is seeking records from Sea Tow Services International and Ward Marine Services, which operates Sea Tow Mississippi. The requests reportedly cover communications and records between 2 PM and 8 PM on July 4, including calls, recordings, dispatch records, documents and information identifying the people involved in handling the response. This could be extremely important because the Sea Tow calls have already become one of the most heavily scrutinized pieces of the Nolan Wells case. The original call involved the boat taking on water after the bilge pump reportedly stopped working. During the response, the Sea Tow dispatcher contacted a captain who said he was communicating with the boat operator’s grandfather, Jerry Adkerson. The new subpoenas reportedly go even further, seeking communications involving the captain, local crew and people connected to the boat, along with records showing whether the response was changed or ultimately canceled. We’re going to break down exactly what these subpoenas could mean and whether they could potentially lead to additional Sea Tow recordings or communications becoming public. One conversation I’m particularly interested in is the communication between the grandfather and the Sea Tow captain. What exactly was said, how was the situation described, and why was Sea Tow ultimately told that assistance was no longer needed? These subpoenas could potentially help fill in some of those missing pieces.We’re also going to discuss Christine and Elmore Wonsley’s interview with Pastor Jamal Bryant on Let’s Be Clear. Of all the interviews Nolan’s parents have done, this may be my favorite because this conversation allowed us to see them outside of just the investigation. The interview was released the day after what would have been Nolan’s 19th birthday, and Christine and Elmore opened up about their family, their grief and the life they shared before Nolan’s passing.They talked about how they first met at a cell phone store, how their relationship blossomed, Nolan as a baby and their five other children, including where each of them was born. For a moment, the investigation wasn’t the entire focus. We got a much deeper look into who Christine and Elmore are as parents, as a couple and as a family. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Nancy. I think she’s a legend, and she has done an amazing job covering Nolan’s case, but yesterday she had three major missteps that we have to address.And I hate to give former officer Tatum any credit, but I have to call it like I see it. On some of these points, Nancy got it wrong.The first misstep, in my opinion, falls heavily on her producers. Nancy appeared to be unaware of exactly where Nolan’s phone currently is. Tatum attempted to explain it to her, and considering Nancy is clearly not overly trusting of Tatum, I don’t blame her for questioning him. However, her producers should have known that Nolan’s mother, Christine, currently has the phone and that the family has requested a joint forensic examination involving both sides. We showed you the letter confirming that request in yesterday’s video. Nancy’s producers should have had that information in front of her.Nancy’s second misstep came during her conversation with a digital forensics expert. She questioned whether Nolan’s physical phone was actually necessary or whether investigators could simply obtain the information from the cloud. Her own forensic expert pushed back and explained why access to the physical device can be important.Then came the third misstep involving Tatum. Nancy challenged him over whether he had said Nolan drowned. But when you rewind the tape and listen carefully, Tatum did not definitively say Nolan drowned. He said, “if he drowned.” That distinction matters, and on that specific point, I have to give Tatum credit.We’re also recapping yesterday’s press conference featuring Benjamin Crump, Rev. One point that stands out is that nowhere in the campaign description does it explicitly state that all of the money must be used for a legal defense or that any unused funds would be returned to donors if no lawsuit is ultimately filed or if the full amount isn’t needed.
