#035: Real Talk with Ryann Dowdy - Entrepreneur, Sales Strategist, Sales Operations Consultant & Community Builder

“Success is having fun more often than you’re not.” - Ryann Dowdy  This Real Talk is packed with valuable insight on the entrepreneurial journey, the importance of genuine connection in business, and the freedom of pursuing your authentic truth.   On this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryann Dowdy - Entrepreneur, Sales Strategist and Community Builder.   Ryann navigated a successful sales career for 15 years before she started her entrepreneurial chapter in 2018. Since then, she’s been at the helm of several successful ventures, and she shares her most important takeaways as an entrepreneur.   She’s the Founder of “Be in the Room” - a tight-knit community and movement for women of action who rebel against the status quo and create their own version of success - and is an advocate for women who feel called for more.   Ryann shares many useful nuggets, ranging from the power of relationship-based sales, to being true to yourself, to reframing perspective in order to nurture gratitude instead of resentment.
