036: Plant Based Kids?

from Plant Based Eating for Health · host Kathleen Gage

"I went plant based for my health, but I stayed for the animals," a simple statement that clearly explains what motivates Danielle Dinkelman. As a plant-based health and wellness coach, helping women to free themselves of health challenges so they can fully show up for themselves, their families, and their communities, Danielle is fully committed to the plant-based lifestyle. When not helping her clients' step into a well-rounded healthy lifestyle, Danielle loves finding healthy food choices for her four children.   Genes or Habits Danielle fully understands that diseases are not just from genes as much as they might be from lifestyle choices. People need to consider the foods they were taught to eat from their parents and grandparents. As a result of what Danielle discovered about health and nutrition, she works with her clients on improving nutrition, enjoying exercise, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and remodeling mindsets. Her passion is to empower women, as well as men, to feel their best and have the energy and vitality. When people question Danielle about the nutritional benefits of plant-based eating such as where her family gets their protein, she sees this as a great opportunity to research the topic further. Her greatest evidence of how effective, healthy and beneficial a plant based/vegan eating protocol is, is every present. "The children's health is better since going plant based. Rarely do they get colds or the flu. The recovery time is much faster."
