Farmer’s markets expose you to new fruits and vegetables, and new ways of prepping and cooking those fruits and veggies. Ask the vendors there how they like to eat that produce and experiment with new recipes. Don’t get too caught up in labels like “organic” or “non-GMO.” Many local farmers actually use organic practices but can’t afford to apply for the “organic” certification.
