039 - Australian Gyms, Restaurants, Pubs & Clubs Reopening, CDC's Statistics, and Fear vs. Reality

from The Pernosophy Podcast · host Hayden Perno

As the lockdown eases more and more each day, everyone is itching to get back to their lives. The good news here in Australia is that gyms, hairdressers, physiotherapists, restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs, shops are reopening. They, of course, all come with their own distinct rules and regulations. But this is a good thing for not only everybody's physical and mental health, their social interaction, their regular and ideal ways of life, and their hobbies, but for all those who have been without work and an income for more than three months. In this episode I talk about this, I also dive into the CDC's (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) statistics and general overview for the virus that may quell many fears you may have for getting back to it following such a restrictive and unknown portion of your life. I would love to hear your thoughts about these topics and how COVID has impacted your life. Let me know down in the comments! Thanks so much for tuning in.
