So you're ready to attempt your first dial session. Or maybe your tenth (for some reason it's not getting easier). You know you have to dial in order to run appointments. Your heart jumps up into your throat. You find every excuse in the world to put it off: your cat needs more water, you should check the mail...your shoelace is untied. Everything inside you says run the other direction. I don't know about you, but I just described my first dial session.
