045: The Purge

Before I touch a planner.
Before I set a single goal.
Before I decide who I’m going to be in 2026…

I’m pausing.

It’s about purging and elimination.

I’m closing out 2025 with my biggest revenue year ever — over half a million dollars — and I’m talking about the part no one glamorizes. The pressure of a massive Q4. The mental whiplash that comes with success. The moments where ambition quietly turned into overextension.

This is a raw end-of-year reflection on what worked, what didn’t, and what I’m no longer willing to drag into a new year just because it helped me hit a number.
