047 | Youthful Aging | with June Plahuta

On this episode of Reignite Your Soul, I have the pleasure of chatting with my mom June who is a Healthy Aging Coach and Founder of Your Life in Bloom and is passionate about educating and mentoring women to step outside of traditional models and how they too can live "Your Life in Bloom" and create a life of abundance regardless of age.    June has an incredible life story and has been an incredible mentor in my life since birth but more recently over the last 6 years she has opened up to living a totally new life that inspires me so much!   After experiencing multiple physical, mental and emotional health challenges and having a car accident at age 54 she decided to begin her personal healing journey learning more about non traditional modalities which allowed her to see what was truly important in life - her own wellbeing.   This empowered her to shift her priorities to support her own personal happiness which allowed her to make big life changes changing careers, leaving her marriage, launching her coaching business and ultimately creating an entirely new way of being.  June is proof that you can choose to make changes for your own personal wellbeing and make your "golden years" truly golden.    Show notes:   Connect with June Plahuta on Instagram or Facebook  Email - [email protected]
