049 Supporting Children Under 2

Today I wanted to talk about working with children under 2, primarily babies. It's something I feel isn't talked about enough, but we need to consider what we are doing to support them. How are we encouraging them to make the first steps toward their learning? Are all staff aware of how to support their needs? - What training staff need to work with babies. - How to support the needs of the baby. - How to ensure that our interactions are meaningful.
