When people preach that there is just one way, they are often trying to sell you something. A little protein is good, but don’t go overboard and eat a ton of protein. Walking 10,000 steps a day is good, but don’t go overboard and do 30,000 steps. Incorporate habits that are sustainable in the long term. Hi! I’m Illa (MS, RDN) and I am a Registered Dietitian who provides weight loss coaching for millennials.
