Bianca Prommer [00:00:00]: Ja, ich habe das Impostor-Syndrom und fühle mich hin und wieder mal als Hochstaplerin, habe so das Gefühl nicht gut genug zu sein und irgendwann kommen die Leute drauf, dass ich eigentlich nichts kann. Und so geht es rund 70% aller Menschen mindestens einmal in ihrem Leben. Und in dieser Podcast-Folge heute stelle ich die These auf, dass das Imposter-Syndrom Veränderung und Wandel im Unternehmer blockiert. Du erfährst, warum ich das denke, wie du das Imposter-Syndrom erkennen kannst und vor allem auch, was du tun kannst, damit die Veränderung einfach gemacht wird. Also, lass uns loslegen! Hallo und herzlich willkommen in dieser neuen Podcast-Folge von Veränderung einfach machen. Heute mit dem Thema Imposter-Syndrom. Das Imposter-Syndrom begleitet mich ja persönlich seit vielen, vielen Jahren und ich habe lange Zeit gedacht, dass ich, naja, nicht ganz normal bin, dass ich mich nicht so haben soll, weil es kann ja nicht sein, dass ich mir jedes Mal so denke, ich kann das nicht oder ich bin nicht gut genug. Und ich habe wirklich, ich bin mitten in der Nacht vor einem Workshop aufgewacht und habe mir gedacht, so, und morgen kommt der Kunde drauf, dass ich eigentlich nichts kann. Bianca Prommer [00:01:17]: Und das habe ich so fertig gemacht, dass ich teilweise wirklich mit fast einer Panikattacke aufgewacht bin und mir ständig Sorgen gemacht habe, was wenn der Kunde jetzt morgen merkt, dass ich eigentlich gar keine Expertin in diesem Bereich bin. Ich habe jahrelang auch mein Buch rausgeschoben. Vielleicht weißt du, ich habe 2020 das Buch Schluss mit Bullshit-Innovationen veröffentlicht. Und das hat so lange gedauert, weil ich mir immer gedacht habe, naja, da merken die Leute eigentlich, dass ich nicht wirklich was kann, dass ich nicht wirklich eine Expertin bin. Und da habe ich mich echt total schlecht damit gefühlt. Bis zu einem Moment, da kann ich mich noch echt gut dran erinnern, Angelika, falls du diese Podcast-Folge hörst, Vielen, vielen Dank dafür. Eine liebe Kollegin von mir, die Angelika, hat mir nämlich vom Impostorsyndrom erzählt. Und sie hat mir dann erzählt, was das Impostorsyndrom ist. Bianca Prommer [00:02:12]: Und ich habe mir nur gedacht, ja, Ja, ja, ja, genau das ist es, genau das habe ich. Und das war so ein Befreiungsschlag, zu wissen, dass man eigentlich normal ist, dass es völlig in Ordnung ist und dass es hier jetzt auch einen Begriff gibt. Und ich habe mich dann sehr, sehr intensiv mit dem Impostorsyndrom auseinandergesetzt und habe dann für mich eine These entwickelt, die ich dann auch immer wieder in Unternehmen beobachte, und zwar, dass ich denke, und ich bin davon überzeugt, dass auch das Impostorsyndrom dazu führt, dass Veränderung und Wandel im Unternehmen blockiert wird. Was meine ich damit? Also du hast sicher auch schon die ein oder andere Veränderung im Unternehmen erlebt, egal ob das ist die Einführung von einem neuen System ist. Zum Beispiel haben wir mal begonnen, SAP einzuführen. Das kann sein Digitalisierung, das kann sein KI, das kann sein Agilität, Selbstorganisation. Also ich denke, du hast schon einmal Veränderungen im Unternehmen erlebt. Und du hast wahrscheinlich auch erlebt, dass das ein oder andere Veränderungsprojekt da vielleicht auch gescheitert ist. Bianca Prommer [00:03:24]: Und du weißt ja, da gibt es viele Gründe, schlechte, unzureichende Kommunikation, Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte beteiligen sich nicht, haben keine Lust drauf. Es ist einfach zu starr das Ganze. Es wird einfach übergestülpt. Es gibt kein klares Warum oder Wozu. Also es ist ganz, ganz vieles, was dazu führt, dass Veränderung nicht funktioniert. Was aber auch ein Grund ist und sein kann, da bin ich wirklich davon überzeugt, ist eben, Verä...
