She’s always had a heart for philanthropy, which continues to manifest in tangible service to her community to this day.    In our chat, Erika got vulnerable about how doing all the things, all the time, all by herself eventually led to physical burnout. It ultimately turned out to be a blessing as it allowed her to reset, reassess and reorganize her life, goals and perspective.    “Being a giver has its limits,” she notes, when discussing how trying to pour into others when you’re an empty cup is self-defeating.
