#051 My bad I'm rookie what's Winterization?

Did you know when you have a claim with frozen pipes the insurance company doesn’t cover the plumber’s part of the repairs? Go figure!! You’ve slaved in raising the money, finding the deal and securing a tenant don’t be lazy. Winterize your asset.  Don’t fail where I have in assuming everyone knows how to winterize their rental home.  In 2014 I had 11 units do down in a blaze with busted pipes, don’t be this guy!  Listen to some motivation to motivate your tenants in taking care the property minus the ice.  It’s cold outside and grab some cocoa and enjoy.  Do you have a story to share?
