051 - Perfectionism & Procrastination

from Daily Motivations

Perfectionism and procrastination will keep you from progress. You do not need to be perfect to make progress. In fact, you have to be willing to be imperfect – you have to be willing to fall down, to fail, in order to learn and grow. Perfectionism is a form of procrastination. Both keep you from doing what you CAN do NOW to make progress TODAY. One of my clients recently shared a mantra that I think would all benefit from keeping in mind: We train on Sunday while you wait for Monday. Stop waiting. Stop waiting until it can be perfect because it doesn't need to be. http://dailymotivationspodcast.com/
