In this podcast I invited both Michael McPherson and my partner, Ben, to come along and talk about one of the most important topics: men and their emotions. You know what? Men get a bad rap a lot of the time. I've been on the receiving end of some absolute douchebags and yet as a mum to a tween boy, and someone who is extremely passionate about creating healthy, wholehearted relationships - we cannot raise our sons and love our partners without them connecting to their emotions. It really is as simple as that. In the next few podcasts we are exploring the topic of men and their emotions in more detail.
