“The universe will find its way to you as you find your way to it.” - Edward Foster  Strap in for a real feel good(les) conversation! ;)   I had the pleasure of hosting the wonderful Edward Foster, Chief of Staff at Goodles, on this Real Talk.   This episode is packed with Ed’s encouragement, wisdom and perspective on how everything ends up working out for us in the grand scheme.   Before taking a leap of faith to start a career that would lead him to his ultimate dream job, Ed worked in IT and Law. He found himself unfulfilled and taxed by the work he did, and deep down he craved something else.   He wasn’t sure what it was, but he was confident it was out there. Each step he took cleared out the fog of his future, and he now plays a pivotal role in creating company culture that is fun, inviting and productive.   Ed and I also chat about giving yourself the grace and time to hit the pause button on life to reassess.
