久福ブルーイング本島で、瓶詰め作業のお手伝いをしてきました。丸亀港から船で本島へ渡り、瓶の洗浄、充填、王冠打栓、箱詰めまで、約400本の瓶詰め作業を体験。想像以上に体力を使う作業でしたが、ビールの裏側にある手間や気配り、島での時間、人との交流まで含めて、とても満足度の高い一日になりました。「飲む側」から少しだけ「作る側・支える側」へ踏み出した話です。
