Rusty now works as a career coach with corporate leaders ready for more personal success, and with business owners and C-suite leaders looking to upgrade their success without sacrifice. Rusty lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and 15-yr old son. He is a best-selling author, speaker, musician, and an avid outdoorsman.
