074. Anger, Bargaining, & Denial - with Michelle Indiano

Michelle Indiano, host of the “Beauty On Duty” Podcast,  is an adventure-chasing, scuba-diving obsessed military ICU nurse originally from Indianapolis, IN.  She graduated from the University of South Florida on a military scholarship and has been stationed in San Diego, Guam, Afghanistan, Virginia, and aboard two different ships.  She loves international travel, the beach, hiking, camping, laughing over a beer with her best friends (including her awesome dad), and road trips with her sweet Bernedoodle Pup, Bjorn.   I am releasing a few more episodes with guests about #Depression.  I feel that as a society, we sweep this under the rug, causing depression to become something we are meant to feel ashamed of.  - NOT OK!!!    I want, so badly, to flip the conversation about all of this.  We start by talking together about our feelings - candidly, validate each other!!
