#074 Some deals turn out to be good even when you don't think they will

Fab Friday with a deal. Not the best deal but a deal when you profit in knowledge.  I cover a deal I thought would crash and burn.  My heart beated a little faster than normal when another investor entrusted me with their own hard cash.  This is a deal I passed on, it came back and became a winner of consciousness.
