Ms Heather puts the E in effort and has entrepreneurial skills.  I gave Heather advice not to be a Realtor and she ignored me and become a 10 million dollar producer in 2.5 years. I’m impressed with what you can do with vision, drive and passion.  Heather bought an apartment building with no money by raising over 1 million dollars and never stopped pursuing the deal.  Setting goals and actually doing them are two steps few take to reach their dreams.
