Lynette Marie Allen - my name sake - we have exactly the same name and we were brought together by the universe! We both needed sisters, our journey has mirrored each other in so many ways yet our paths have been different. This is Lynette's journey. An abusive childhood set her up for a 25 year abusive marriage and at 50 she freed herself - an inspirational story of how women overcome the harshest of things with their courage, bravery to look fear in the eyes and deal with it head on, the tenacity to keep going - appreciating each gift as it arrives and feeling her way in the dark to peace, her own home, personal safety and understanding exactly how the universe works - she is an incredible inspiration and I'm proud to call her my soul sister
