10 - Bonni Southey, we talk strong maternal instincts, pushing to find a cure for her baby boy

Bonni Southey - celebrating this beautiful intuitive mother. 20 years ago she was a young mum, she planned her pregnancy perfectly, had the perfect birth and a beautiful baby boy. Just 2 months into his life, he started screaming for hours at a time and then projectile vomiting - this happened for months and months. With her then husband at work from early til late, she was alone, a new mum, a screaming baby - literally not knowing what to do. And then some angels were sent to her, a friend called just at the right time, alternative medicine was brought into her life, she learned Reiki which helped and it was Reiki that sparked a fire in her to demand the Doctor took her sons screaming seriously. She stood up to the medical profession, knowing their diagnosis and suggestion of surgery was wrong and she followed her intuition and inner guidance down a path she had never heard of. By 4 years old, her son was free of pain and vomiting and she had a new way of living - with alternative and plant medicine. Her inspirational story is perfect for any new mum, anyone considering vaccinations or worried about their effects or anyone who is concerned their child may have had a reaction to a vaccine - which, we now know was the cause of her sons terrible pain.

    Meditation 'A Woman's Blessing'

A Woman's Blessing is a ritual that was created by Medicine Woman Lynette Allen in 2017 for 15 very special women - as they met together to drink Ayahuasca - it was a honouring of their courage and bravery to go deep inside themselves. That ritual has grown and developed into a ceremony where we honour, heal and appreciate the girls we were, the women we are now and the women we are yet to become. This beautifully calming meditation spoken by Medicine Woman Lynette Allen was channelled with the plant medicine Cacao, usually a meditation only channelled in ceremonial sacred space, Lynette created a private ceremony where this blessing could be channelled for you - wherever you are. Take 20 minutes, lay down, drink Ceremonial Cacao if you have it - you can find out more about Ceremonial Cacao on her website www.awomansblessing.com - but the most important thing, is to allow yourself the indulgence of this deeply honouring meditation. Made with love, just for you

09 - Asha Frost on healing Lupus, her ancestral wisdom and medicine & helping others find theirs

Asha Frost is an indigenous rainbow medicine healer who through her own diagnosis of Lupus as a teenager learned how to heal herself. She started to understand that her ancestors had been communicating with her since she was a child, she learned homeopathy as her first medicine and then remembered through ancestral wisdom and teachings the guidance of her culture. We speak about her want and need to heal the trauma of her people, the signs she had that that's what she is here to do and how she now voices her medicine and teaches others - despite sometimes receiving criticism. We speak about how we all have medicine inside of us and how it's about finding our own medicine and bringing our own personal teachings into the world. Asha is a passionate, sensitive and empathic wise woman who has given so much to so many already - listen for inspiration on finding the natural steps to your own healing path.

08 - Lynette Marie Allen on rising from an abusive marriage to a wise woman with clarity and peace

Lynette Marie Allen - my name sake - we have exactly the same name and we were brought together by the universe! We both needed sisters, our journey has mirrored each other in so many ways yet our paths have been different. This is Lynette's journey. An abusive childhood set her up for a 25 year abusive marriage and at 50 she freed herself - an inspirational story of how women overcome the harshest of things with their courage, bravery to look fear in the eyes and deal with it head on, the tenacity to keep going - appreciating each gift as it arrives and feeling her way in the dark to peace, her own home, personal safety and understanding exactly how the universe works - she is an incredible inspiration and I'm proud to call her my soul sister

  25. 7

07 - Tina 'Kat' Courtney on addiction, suicidal thoughts, bulimia and finding her souls work

Tina 'Kat' Courtney - she is one of the most respected Ayahuascero's there is today, an award winning blogger and a devoted plant medicine healer - she came from a corporate background - a glitzy life of partying, alcohol, celebrity friends, recreational drug use and big business video game production. From the outside her life was enviable, but she carried secrets. Thoughts of suicide, hating herself, eating in amazing restaurants and then throwing it all back up in the private bathrooms of the best LA hang outs. A 'hello, why not!' trip to the Amazon to sit with Ayahuasca, shook her whole life as she faced the reality - she had to find happiness. It took time, no quick fixes, but this girl was NOT giving up - her story is inspiring, it's real, raw and will give hope to many others who are struggling to get through and understand what she describes as that 'fake' smile. Listen for guidance, direction and inspiration

06 - Melonie Syrett on healing Endometriosis, self love & sister circles

Melonie Syrett spent 20 years in tremendous pain every month. From her first bleed as a teenager it was extraordinarily painful and it only got worse. Endometriosis was the diagnosis and her life was consumed around the pain and the timing of her periods. Every single aspect of her life was affected: her love life, social life, career...everything. Finally, put on the Pill, her hormones were subdued to such an extent that she lived in a shell, devoid of feeling, libido, excitement or life energy - and THAT was her turning point. She made the decision this was NOT her life and the universe took her from there: teachers, retreats, womb healings, books and sister circles flowed into her life without ANY asking from her. Her only 'action' had been that decision one day. Melonie now has COMPLETELY pain free bleeds, cured herself of Endometriosis, she holds sister circles, has immersed herself into the world of drumming, she teaches about cycles and bleeds and advises parents on how to speak to their children about puberty and their moon cycles - she is an inspiration to ANYONE and could be perfect timing for you right now if YOUR periods are running and ruining your life.

05 - Jacyn Siebert on overcoming co-dependency, forgiving her mother & rebuilding herself

Jacyn Siebert. A self confessed addict to a compulsion to be there at every single turn and twist for the people in her life: her friends, her job, her partners - co-dependency was her addiction and she had no idea. Exhausted, jumping from one persons call to another: a wake up call caught her unawares in the form of collecting her friends baby when his father found himself in Jail just after the death of his wife, that baby's mother. Realising her 3am 'I'll save you' phone calls were an addiction to mask her own wounds, in just 11 days she fled to the jungles of Bali from the US - getting just about as far away from her friend time zone as she could - this time for herself. In order to understand herself, recover, build a new 'her'. Sacred Cacao, roaring like a lion in the jungle, breaking down and having her mother channelled to her so she could apologise are in all in here - along with Jacyn's thoughts on recovery, receiving her blessing and going back to the US changed. She is a remarkable woman with an inspiring story - told just for you, to inspire.

04 - Sallie Warman-Watts on independence as a single mum & growing into the crone with Wisdom

In her twenties, Sallie did what was expected of her: she dated a man, she married him and she had children. Soon after their marriage it became clear that her husband had mental health issues she knew nothing about. On his 3rd suicide attempt, after living with massive stress, very little money - when she looked in the cupboards for something to feed her children and there was literally nothing, she knew she had to put her children aged 1 and 3 first and leave her marriage. Back in a time where women had very little independence, she bucked against everything society was telling her to do and she left. She became self sufficient, she learned how to stand up for herself, how to go from a shy private person who didn't share her struggle to a woman who knew how to ask for help and speak to people in authority. Sallie learned new coping strategies and step by step and became strong every day - this inspirational conversation will be of great comfort to anyone who is going through struggle right now. Now in her 60's Sallie has grown into her Cone - her wisdom, she has huge personal power and influence over her own life and is now - through her own healing journey of independence is now understanding how her story can be of value to the generation below and the generation below that. She is full of excellent advice, kind words, complete common sense and Crone/grandmother advice - this is a woman who knows about life!

Trina's story is immense, as a young woman she had the whole dream going on, renovating her dream house with her fiancee - the whole small village white picket fence and she was happy - truly truly happy, but as it was all coming together, she miscarried her planned baby and then lost her fiancee in a tragic car accident. THIS is how she rebuilt her life, to travel the world, go from small town girl to world traveller and later on surviving domestic violence - this interview is being released on Trina's 50th birthday - a massive mark of respect for a woman who truly owns her own power, knows who she is and now inspires other women - she's crazy awesome, listen for inspiration, ideas of how to pick yourself up from disaster and walk forward in your own power - starting today!

02 - Geraldine Steele on leaving an abusive marriage of 35 years and rebuilding her life

After 35 years of being in an abusive marriage, one day Geraldine Steele had a moment of clarity - and she walked out. Standing in a solicitors office 5 days later in her friends clothes, she was clear and concise - she had started her road to her recovery. Straight talking, deeply honest, proud of herself now - she gave up smoking, began a new career, over came health issues and now volunteers at a women's shelter - her courage and pragmatic approach will inspire every woman!

01 - Rosi Withers on teenage pregnancy when every coping strategy disappeared

In this episode, I talk to Rosi Withers, my step-daughter about one of the most difficult times of her life, falling pregnant at 18, having to completely re-shape her identity, getting married so young and losing those formative years. She gained immense support and coping strategies in the church, but when she left the church, every single one of her coping strategies went, leaving her feeling isolated, in post-natal depression with her 2nd child and having the rebuild all Rosi Withers all over again. And she has done and continues to do a brilliant job! Rosi is funny, sincere, authentic and completely honest in this beautiful interview - she has excellent advice for those coping with difficult life situations as she continues to find her Self and her path in this life. An inspiring woman - she is now 25, happily married to Steve with Rhoda aged 6 and Mac aged 2.
