from Happiness in Progress · host Danielle Craig

Today Danielle Craig will sit down with Lu Crenshaw & Shantell Dayton. They're the creators of Camp 17, a 6-week training program in Southern Oregon. The goal of the program is to connect your mind, body and soul. The two have a combined 30 years of coaching and mentoring women in fitness and martial arts. Through Camp 17, women take part in fitness, learn teamwork and get in touch with their souls. Lu said, "We punish ourselves because we don't like ourselves. We try to weigh less because we think we'll be happier."   Shantell said, "If you've never practiced the struggle. When you go to life you don't know what to do when the struggle presents itself."   LEARN MORE ABOUT CAMP 17 HERE Connect with Camp 17 on Facebook   CONNECT WITH DANIELLE: Facebook Instagram Twitter   Daniellecraig.com
