#082 - Grant Cardone and Gary Vee Don't Want You to Buy a House! WTF?

In this episode, I answer the question if you should, or should not, buy a house. We quote Grant Cardone and Gary Vaynerchuck, as they both advocate not buying a house, they both have huge followings who hear their advice, and I think they're both wrong! In fact, I couldn't disagree more!  Why?  Because I know 10-15 self-made, rich entrepreneurs, including myself, that bought houses early. Every one of them, that's 100%, then used that real estate at some point to fund their business.  I have a ton of respect for both of these guys, and generally, I agree with their overall message. However, in this case, I think they are too far removed from the reality faced by the everyday person who would like to be successful,  is starting from scratch, but is not sure what to do and certainly doesn't feel like they have any options.
