Your pancreas will create insulin in response to sugar levels, but prediabetes and diabetes happen when it can’t keep up. There are zero symptoms for prediabetes, and it’s likely only diagnosed if you have your blood sugars checked. Some indicators could be high blood pressure, low triglycerides, or high HDL cholesterol. The good news is prediabetes can be reversed by - you guessed it! - incorporating healthy lifestyle changes like exercise, eating more fresh produce and reducing sugar intake, and improving your sleep and stress levels.   Hi!
