085 | Women's only networking - part of the problem, or part of the solution

from Starting the Conversation · host Alice Benham and Hanna Anderson

Female networking and women only groups have played a big role in my business. Through these communities I've made friends, built my business and found a support network. However, since starting this podcast I've always wanted to explore if female only spaces are part of the problem, or part of the solution. It's a big topic & not always comfortable subject to dig into, so when I met Hanna I knew she was the perfect co-host for this episode. Hanna is a leadership coach and founder of As We Are, a platform to promote diversity in senior leadership through coaching and workshops. Together we look at the pro's and con's of female spaces, the power that comes from female groups, as well as some of the complex issues that can arise from this.  I'd love to know your thoughts on this one as there's a lot to say and as ever, we've only started the conversation. _____ STAY CONNECTED Alice (aka me) | Instagram| Website| Podcast Hanna | Instagram  Enough Leaning In.
