If we’re not specific about what kind of impact and how then we can just as easily make a negative one on others such as a spouse if we take more time building a business instead of building listening. Or perhaps a negative impact on the business or any sort of execution because we are spreading ourselves too thin. It all comes down to specification. Yes there is a certain level of tolerance in routines but the goal of life is getting up when you fall down. I too am working on this all the time. Trying to be as specific as I can about what I truly want to see happen with everything that I do.
