Asha Frost is an indigenous rainbow medicine healer who through her own diagnosis of Lupus as a teenager learned how to heal herself. She started to understand that her ancestors had been communicating with her since she was a child, she learned homeopathy as her first medicine and then remembered through ancestral wisdom and teachings the guidance of her culture. We speak about her want and need to heal the trauma of her people, the signs she had that that's what she is here to do and how she now voices her medicine and teaches others - despite sometimes receiving criticism.
