Dr. Erin Schryer is currently the Head of School for Origins Academy, as well as the CEO & Owner of Origins Natural Learning Childcare with multiple locations spread throughout the Greater Saint John area of New Brunswick, Canada. In this conversation, Erin and I discuss literacy, the role of private education, the importance of getting children into an educational routine before they reach kindergarten, the impact of gender differences on learning, and the need for early screening and intervention to support diverse learners.
