In this episode, I’m sharing how to determine what your weight loss goals should be, how to make those goals measurable, and how to determine what a healthy weight looks like for you. Our clients who show confidence and high self-worth in any aspect of their life had more success losing weight in our program. Saying you want to be “healthier overall,” is fine, but can be very subjective and difficult to measure. Some more measurable goals might be decreasing your body fat percentage, increasing your energy levels, or getting out of the “overweight” BMI range. Holding fat around your belly can have a lot of negative health impacts, so measuring your waist as you start implementing healthy habits is another great way to track your progress.   Hi!
