097 - What is a Froze?

Welcome to A Woman’s Brew, where women talk about beer! Froze or froze? Or Froz-ah?! If you’re anything like us, you love an interesting beer, and fruited Gose is definitely interesting! Not one for the ‘why doesn’t beer taste like beer’ crowd, the fruited gose can taste anything from a fruit smoothie to a cocktail that needs a little umbrella and a beach. We look at froze beers from our friends Merakai Brewing Co and Fallen Acorn and compare them to a fruited gose from Goodh Brew Co and a Smoothie Sour from Drekker x F**K Cancer Project. What makes these beers ‘beer’, how are they made and why do we love them so much? Are you for or against fruited gose/froze/smoothie sours? Head over to Instagram and let us know!
