098: Quantum Leap in 2023

from The Glow Files Hosted by Ali and Lynn

Welcome back to another episode!! This week, we chat about the Law of Assumption and its role in quantum leaping. When we quantum leap, our intention is to condense time and shift into a higher timeline for ourselves. One where our dreams are expanded 2x, 5x, or 10x bigger. With this expansion, we open ourselves to perceive a reality where our current dreams are easy because we have already prepped our minds for bigger. This episode aims to provide 1. a basic understanding of the Law of Assumption and Quantum Leaping, and 2. journal questions to support this manifestation technique. Grab your journal and press play! Journal questions for realignment: 1. What new experiences are calling me? 2. What areas of my life do I wish to expand on? What is feeling stagnant + asking for fresh energy? 3. What do I find interesting and would like to learn or know more about? 4. If nothing held me back and I had all the resources in the world, what actions would I take to “move the needle” in the direction of my wildest dreams? Journal questions for Quantum Leaping: -Write down 3 big dreams of yours, then stretch them. Multiply them by 2, 5, and 10. -What is one small habit I can commit to daily, that would support the most expanded version of the first dream I wrote/visualized? Repeat this for the remaining two dreams you wrote down. You will now have a total of 3 habits you commit to daily!
