Welcome to A Woman’s Brew, where women talk about beer! There is definitely something in the water – probably because beer is 90% water! It’s a fairly important ingredient when it comes to brewing our favourite beverage but it’s also quite a complicated subject. In this episode we look at water profiles around the world that have shaped some of the beer styles you love today. We’re talking IPA, Gose and Czech Pilsner. We also taste a beer made in two different places to see if the water is really that important (spoiler – it is!)
