099 - Client File: The confidence that comes from financial clarity: Elsie from Blonde Baby

In this episode, I'm joined by Elsie Basterfield, a client who worked with us as she shares what it actually looked like behind the scenes. Elsie opened Blonde Baby in Tasmania in June 2024 knowing she wanted to do things differently this time and shares her journey to financial clarity. In this episode, we'll talk about: • Why previous coaching left Elsie stuck • The one area holding everything back • How she went from no clarity to leading a team of four • What changed when the numbers made sense Sometimes it's not about working harder or spending more on support. Sometimes you just need someone who speaks the language your business is actually running on. If you've ever felt behind while everything around you seems to be moving forward, Elsie's story is for you.
