Approximately 1 in 7 Jacksonville-area residents are food-insecure, living in a "food desert" without local access to fresh, healthy, nutritious food. Anne Coglianese, Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Jacksonville, joins JMN to discuss the COJ "State of Food" Plan, to address food insecurity, in terms of food production, distribution, access, and food waste/recovery.
