In unserer ersten Folge sind wir am 19. November 2024 bei der Medienkonferenz im Bundeshaus zur Einreichung des Rahmenbewilligungsgesuchs für ein geologisches Tiefenlager dabei. Wie konnte dieser Meilenstein erreicht werden? Was macht ein sicheres Tiefenlager aus? Welche Rolle spielt das Bundesamt für Energie in diesem Verfahren? Im Gespräch mit ENSI-Vertreter Felix Altorfer, BFE-Sektionsleiterin Monika Stauffer und Gesamtprojektleiter der Nagra Maurus Alig erhalten wir erste Einblicke und besuchen zum Schluss die Standorte, die für das Tiefenlager und die Brennelementverpackungsanlage beantragt wurden.
