#1 Food Missing In American Diets a.k.a. SAD 😢 (Standard American Diet)

from Holistic Health for Moms-Functional Medicine, Meal Planning, Weight Loss, Hormone Imbalance, More Energy, Bloating · host Jennifer Coble: Nurse Practitioner, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Life Change Advocate, #boymom

SAD😢 The Standard American Diet is very sad. We have been taught the food pyramid in school which promoted breads, etc. because there were people in the government who were making money off of grain.  Not because bread was "good" for us. Unfortunately, there is so much lacking in our American diets and we need to "relearn" what is healthy and learn how to listen to our bodies and know what is good for us as individuals and what makes us feels like crap! Today's episode is about one item that we lack that is good for most people.  Also, I share how we incorporate three of these foods into our families diets so get a pen and paper and get ready to write down these "family recipes" LOL! Enjoy! Jennifer  P.S. P.S. Need help making that grocery list or ready to start grocery shopping for the Health of It!? Download your Meal Planning Toolkit so you can plan, prep, shop and make weekly meals that are easy, affordable, and delicious!
