1 Having A Quarter-Life Crisis? Here's What I Learned From Mine

from Millennial Life School · host Sharon Kilon Han

When I turned 25, I left my job in Los Angeles to go live in Bali. In this episode, I talk about what quarter-life crisis is and the 3 key lessons I learned from my own journey. Growing up as an Asian American under conservative Korean parents, I grew up trying to meet up to parents' and society's expectations of who I should be. But at age 24 going into my 25th birthday, I found myself feeling disappointed in many aspects of my life. This is my story of figuring life out as an ambitious, multi-passionate twenty-something-year-old. Connect with me on IG @sharonkilonhan or visit my website sharonkilonhan.com.
