1. ~Inner Experience~

Welcome to the FIRST EPISODE of Too Human (with Nurse Nell)!!! This episode sets the stage for the intention of this podcast: opening the doors to all the human things -- mostly mental health matters, perception, birth/death (and that awkward moment in between), inner experiences, versions of spirituality...ya know. Also space and space aliens. The usual. In this episode I talk about my own inner experience of my emotions, and how I work through hard emotions. I feel my emotions very somatically and almost (or maybe totally?) in a synesthesia-type way. I'm so interested in your experience of your own emotions: how they feel in your body, if you are connected to the sensations, how you work through emotions, or if you don't feel them like I do at all! About me: Edumacated as a artist (BFA), nurse (LVN), have a master's in Chinese medicine, certified health and life coach, and 300-hr yoga and meditation instructor. Generally curious, imaginative human with an appetite to learn as much as possible about the human condition and beyond.
