1 John 1:1-10 - True Fellowship

The apostle John gives his readers an eyewitness account of the deity and humanity of the “Word of Life,” Jesus Christ. John writes this letter to address the false teaching of Gnosticism, which denies that Jesus did have a human body. John explains that Jesus was both divine and human, affirmed by what he had seen with his own eyes, heard with his own ears, and touched with his own hands. Our fellowship with God, His son Jesus, and with each other is rooted in the truth of who Jesus Christ is. God is eternal, manifested in the flesh.
