This stuff can be healed, shifted, and does NOT have to keep you from have a relationship with Whatever You Want To Call It.  In this episode, I introduce the 3 strands that will weave together as we go:  spirituality creativity recovery You'll get new ideas and fresh perspectives on each of those topics, but especially spirituality and why it's worth revisiting if you've been hurt in the past You'll get practical guidance for how to heal from some of those past hurts, and shed the burden of toxic ideas of God (in the form of an exercise you can do today) And you'll get a feel for me and what the show is going to be like overall.
