At her arraignment in 2023, the Commonwealth suggested Lindsay Clancy lowered herself out of a window and dropped down. At trial, the prosecution softened it — but left one word behind. Superficial. Kevin Reddington’s defense opening answered that word with photographs and a medical record.The prosecution needs the jury to believe she fabricated three things: her illness, her suicide attempt, and her hallucinations.
