Our industry is so focused on how “hard” everything is that we’ve spent the majority of our time complaining. Coaches, consultants and other businesses have built platforms solely on this list of “painpoints” that never seem to improve, no matter how many classes we take and coaches we hire. Could it be the mindset? If everyone is talking about how hard it is — maybe it’s not hard. Maybe that’s what it takes to win or weed out a hose who aren’t up for the challenge. Maybe hard is just a definition we’ve allowed others to control, and it’s time to take ownership.
