1 Peter 2:11-25 - Living Before the World

In the previous verses, Peter clearly states our status as believers in Christ Jesus. We are stones in the building up of the Church; Jesus Christ Himself is the chief cornerstone. He says we are His Chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and His special people. Now, Peter shows us how we are to live before the world, demonstrating the power and glory of God in our conduct, making us different from the world. This is important to the Lord as He reveals this in several other epistles.
