This day has asked much of me. Responsibilities, conversations, and quiet pressures have gathered, and some of it has stayed with me longer than it should. But I do not keep holding it. I hand it over to You. Not partially, not carefully—but fully. What feels heavy, what feels unresolved, what still circles in my thoughts—I entrust it into Your care. You sustain me. You do not ask me to manage everything before I come to You. You meet me as I am, and You carry what I release. So I loosen my grip. I allow Your peace to replace the tension I have carried. I allow Your presence to settle what I could not resolve on my own. And I hold this truth—You love me. Because You love me, You care about what concerns me. Because You love me, I do not need to carry life alone. Because You love me, I can rest in Your faithfulness. Jesus, receive what I release. Let my heart become lighter. Let my mind settle. Let me move into this evening without the weight of what I have already handed over. I remain in Your care. Jesús, dejo mis cargas en Tus manos y descanso en Tu cuidado hoy.
